At Pizza Bob's, every dish is created using only the freshest, finest ingredients. We never use frozen ingredients. We hand toss every pizza and use only fresh toppings. Most Pizza today is like soda crackers with cheese whiz and catsup. Detroit style pizza is real pizza from an old Italian recipe just like pizza was meant to be, made with fresh dough, our own exquisite pizza sauce, 100% real mozzarella chesse, and the finest toppings available.
Every pizza is hand made, no presses or rollers and of course we don't have to put cheese in the crust, we put plenty ON the crust.
Our pan pizza is made "old Sicilian style" with the cheese and sauce over the toppings and baked in a pan to perfection..... this is why you "Try us once, you're hooked"
